This AD requires a one-time inspection for missing fasteners in the Stringer 37 (S-37L & S-37R) Lap Splice between Sta 428 and Sta 431.

becomes effective July 13, 2017 and applies to B767-200, -300 and -400ER Series Airplanes as identified in SB 767-53A0264R1.

This AD requires repetitive inspections to detect cracks in the fuselage skin lap splices.

becomes effective March 16, 2017 and applies to B767-200, -300 and -400ER series airplanes as identified in Service Bulletin 767-38A0073R2.

This AD requires an inspection of Potable Water System couplings and the installation of spray shrouds.

becomes effective February 21, 2017 and applies to B767-300 (Converted) and -300F series airplanes. It does not apply to B767-300 series passenger airplanes.

This AD requires changes/modification to the Flight Deck Display Equipment Cooling System.

7. 02/06/2017    AD 2016-25-07

becomes effective February 7, 2017 and applies to B767 series airplanes as identified in SB 757-53A0267R1.

This AD requires replacement of the Aft Pressure Bulkhead at Sta 1582 before the accumulation of 60,000 Flight Cycles or within 36 months after 02/07/17, whichever occurs later, but not earlier than 37,500 Flight Cycles.

8. 01/30/2017    AD 2016-25-01

becomes effective January 31, 2017 and also applies to B767 series airplanes as identified in SB 767-22-0143R2.

This AD requires the installation of an On-Ground Automatic Stabilizer Auto Trim Inhibit System within 24 months after January 31. 2017.

This AD also requires a functional test of the On-Ground Automatic Stabilizer Auto Trim Inhibit System at 1,500 hours intervals following system installation.

becomes effective January 31, 2017 and also applies to B767 series airplanes as identified in SB 767-25-0550.

This AD requires within 36 months after January 31, 2017, the replacement of Cargo Compartment insulation Blankets with Cargo Compartment Insulation Blankets that incorporate fire stops.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for cracking of Stringer S-2R Skin Lap Splice from STA 368 to STA 434.

This AD requires modification of the door mounted escape slide regulator valves within 42 months after October 13, 2016.

This AD requires repetitive inspections of the STA 1582 Aft Pressure Bulkhead Web under the Pressure Splice Plates.

13. 03/28/2016    AD 2016-04-07

becomes effective March 28, 2016 and applies to B767-200, 300, -300F and -400ER Series Airplanes.

This AD requires repetitive inspections of the Fuselage Skin and Splice Fittings at Stringer 29, BS 786 Ring Chord.

The threshold for this inspection is before 87,500 total hours or 37,500 total cycles whichever occurs first.

14. 02/03/2016    AD 2015-26-07

becomes effective February 4, 2016 and applies to B767-200, -300 and -300F series airplanes as listed in SB 767-53A0261.

This AD requires repetitive internal and external detailed inspections of the Vertical Stabilizer attachment barrel nuts and sealant for signs of corrosion and a torque check of the Vertical Stabilizer attachment bolts for loose barrel nuts.

This AD also requires within 36 months after February 4, 2016 replacement of all Vertical Stabilizer attachment barrel nuts with new Inconel barrel nuts.

becomes effective November 13, 2015 and supersedes (replaces) AD 2003-13-06. This AD applies to B767-200, -300, -300F and B767-400ER series airplanes.

This AD requires inspections of the Outboard Hinge Fitting Assemblies on the Inboard Main Flap.

becomes effective November 3, 2015 and applies to B767 series airplanes Line Numbers 929 through 1028.

This AD requires an inspection for missing fasteners in the Left and Right Stringer 37 Lap Splice between BS 428 and BS 431.

17. 10/19/2015    AD 2015-19-02
This AD is effective October 21, 2015 and was prompted by reports of latently failed fuel shutoff valves discovered during fuel filter replacement. This AD requires revising the maintenance or inspection program to include new airworthiness limitations. We are issuing this AD to detect and correct latent failures of the fuel shutoff valve to the engine and auxiliary power unit (APU), which could result in the inability to shut off fuel to the engine and APU and, in case of certain fires, an uncontrollable fire that could lead to structural failure.

becomes effective July 23, 2015 and applies to B767 and B777 series Airplanes.

This AD requires within 30 months after July 23, 2015 an inspection for and replacement of certain Large Lower Lobe Cargo Door Rotary Actuators.

19. 05/27/2015    AD 2015-09-09

becomes effective May 27, 2015 and supersedes AD 2004-07-11. This AD applies to B767-200 -300 -400ER series airplanes as identified in SB 767-27A0183R2.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for cracks in the aft lower lug of the deflection control track on the outboard flap. This AD provides for replacement of the deflection control track as an optional terminating action.

20. 04/17/2015    AD 2015-05-01

becomes effective April 20, 2015 and applies to B767 series airplanes.

This AD requires inspection and Replacement of Ram Air Turbine (RAT) parts with a Counterweight Defect and Ram Air Turbine (RAT) parts with a Balance Washer Screw Defect.

The threshold for this Inspection/Parts Replacement is prior to the next RAT Backdrive Test or within 24 months from April 20, 2015, whichever occurs first.

21. 04/09/2015    AD 2015-04-07

becomes effective April 13, 2015 and applies to B767 series airplanes equipped with P&W Model JT9D or PW4000 Engines.

This AD requires inspection and modification of the wiring bundles on the left engine strut within 48 months after April 13, 2015.

22. 12/09/2014    AD 2014-22-09

becomes effective December 17, 2014 and applies to B767 series airplanes.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for corrosion of the T.E. Flaps rotary actuator assembly fixed ring gear and reaction ring splines for each support position.

The initial inspection is due within 30 months from December 17, 2014.

23. 10/27/2014    AD 2014-20-02

becomes effective November 5, 2014 and applies to B767-200, -300, -300F, and -400ER series airplanes as identified in SB 767-28-0105R1.

This AD requires an inspection of the left and right wing fuel tank access doors to determine whether impact-resistant access doors are installed in the correct locations and to verify stencils and index markers are applied. This inspection is required within 72 months after November 5, 2014.

This AD also requires within 60 days a revision to the maintenance program to incorporate CDCCL Task 57-AWL-01, Impact Resistant Fuel Tank Access Door.

24. 09/04/2014    AD 2014-14-04

becomes effective September 5, 2014 and supersedes AD 2003-18-10. This AD applies to B767-200, -300, -300F and -400ER series airplanes.

This AD requires revision of the Maintenance Program to incorporate Airworthiness Limitations and Certification Maintenance Requirements.

becomes effective October 8, 2014 and applies to B767-400ER series airplanes as identified in SB 767-29-0113.

This AD requires replacement of P/N N012000000 or N012000000-1 Air Driven Pump Turbine Gearbox Assembly.

becomes effective April 25, 2014 and applies to B767-300 series airplanes equipped with RB211-524 engines and identified in SB 767-78-0096 Revision 1.

This AD requires modification of the Thrust Reverser Control System.

27. 04/08/2014    AD 2014-05-19_a

becomes effective April 25, 2014 and applies to B767-200, -300, -300F and -400ER series airplanes powered by GE CF6-80C2 engines and identified in SB 767-78A0100.

This AD requires replacement of the flexible drive shaft on each thrust reverser half of each engine and repetitive functional test of the electro-mechanical brakes and cone brake of the CDU.
