becomes effective May 3, 2018 and applies to B757-200, -200CB and -300 Series Airplanes as identified in Boeing SB 757-53A0108.

This AD requires inspections of the Fuselage Frame at BS 1640 between Stringers S-11 and S-14, left and right, for existing repairs and cracking.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

becomes effective April 19, 2018 and applies to B757-200 Series Airplanes as identified in Service Bulletin 757-53A0012R1..

This AD requires Inspection and Modification of Aft Cargo Side Panel Frame Attachments from Sta 1220 to Sta 1640.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

3. 01/23/2018    AD 2017-26-02

becomes effective January 24, 2018 and applies to B757-200 Series Airplanes that have been converted from Passenger to Freighter Configuration.

This AD requires repetitive inspections of the Main Cargo Door Cam Latches, Latch Pins and Latch Pin Cross Bolts.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

4. 01/05/2018    AD 2017-26-10

becomes effective January 3, 2018 and applies to B757-200, -200CB, -200PF and -300 Series Airplanes as identified in SB 757-27A0157.

This AD supersedes (Replaces) AD 20115-08-01.

This AD requires Spoiler Control Module Relay Wiring Change within 90 days from January 3, 2018 on those aircraft that have incorporated SB 757-27A0152.

5. 01/05/2018    AD 2017-24-10

becomes effective January 9, 2018 and applies to B757-200, -200PF and -300 Series Airplanes as identified in SB 757-53A0101.

This AD requires repetitive surface HFEC inspections for any cracking of the Fuselage Sta 1380 frame inner chord.

6. 12/13/2017    AD 2017-22-12

becomes effective December 26, 2017 and applies to B757-200, -200PF and -200CB Series Airplanes.

This AD requires  an inspection of each Trailing Edge Slat Wedge of the Leading Edge Slats or a review of the airplane maintenance records, to determine whether the Slat Wedge is a Type A or a Type B and subsequent repetitive inspections of Type A Slat Wedges.

7. 10/26/2017    AD 2017-19-10

becomes effective October 27, 2017 and applies to B757 Series Airplanes equipped with a Main Cargo Door except those airplanes that have been converted from a passenger to freighter configuration IAW STC ST01529SE.

This AD requires an inspection for and repetitive inspections for cracking of certain Cam Support Assemblies of the Main Cargo Door in accordance with SB 757-52A0094R2.

8. 07/19/2017    AD 2017-12-12

becomes effective July 25, 2017 and applies to B757-200, -200PF and -200CB Series Airplanes.

This AD requires repetitive inspections of the Circumferential Splice Plates at BS 900 and BS 1180 from Stringer 6L to Stringer 6R.

9. 07/19/2017    AD 2017-12-14

becomes effective July 25, 2017 and applies to B757-200, and -200PF Series Airplanes as dentified in SB 757-53A0103.

This AD requires repetitive inspections and modification of the Open Holes on Frame Webs between Stringers S-20 and S-25.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

10. 03/24/2017    AD 2017-04-07

becomes effective March 28, 2017 and applies to B757-200, -200PF, -200CB and -300 series airplanes as identified in Service Bulletin 757-27A0154.

This AD requires replacement of Spoiler Power Control Units at Spoiler positions 2, 3 and 4 on the left wing and Spoiler positions 9, 10 and 11 on the right wing.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

11. 01/30/2017    AD 2016-25-01

becomes effective January 31, 2017 and applies to B757 series airplanes as identified in SB 757-22-0096.

This AD requires the installation of an On-Ground Automatic Stabilizer Auto Trim Inhibit System within 24 months after January 31. 2017.

This AD also requires a functional test of the On-Ground Automatic Stabilizer Auto Trim Inhibit System at 1,500 hours intervals following system installation.

becomes effective December 9, 2016 and applies to B757-200, -200CB and -200PF Series Airplanes as identified in SB 7537-53-0090R1.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for cracking of skin lap splices of the fuselage.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

13. 09/02/2016    AD 2016-15-04

becomes effective September 2, 2016 and applies to B757-200 and -200CB Series Airplanes.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for cracking of the lap splice, inner skin lower fastener row at Stringer 14R,.Sta 440 through Sta 540 in accordance with SB 757-53A0102.

We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

14. 06/29/2016    AD 2016-11-06

becomes effective July 6, 2016 and supersedes AD 2005-18-18. This applies to B757-200, -200PF, -200CB  and -300 Series Airplanes as identified in SB 757-28A0073R2 and SB 757-28A0074R4.

This AD requires a one-time inspection and rework of fuel shutoff valve wires at the aft end of engine struts.

This AD also requires the installation of spiral cable wrap on fuel shutoff valve wires at the aft end of engine struts.

15. 06/20/2016    AD 2016-10-05

becomes effective June 20, 2016 and applies to B757-200, -200CB, -200PF and -300 Series Airplanes.

This AD requires repetitive inspections for cracking in the Section 43 and 46 fuselage frames at stringer S-24 and S-25.

16. 05/09/2016    AD 2016-07-07

becomes effective May 10, 2016 and applies to B757 Series Airplanes.

This AD requires modification of the Fuel Quantity Indication System (FQIS) wiring within 72 months after May 10, 2016.

17. 04/04/2016    AD 2016-04-24

becomes effective April 4, 2016 and applies to B757 Series Airplanes that have been modified IAW STC ST01529SE or STC ST02278SE.

This AD requires the replacement of the Main Cargo Door control panel and the installation of a new placard and bracket within 90 days after April 4, 2016.

18. 01/27/2016    AD 2015-25-01

becomes effective January 26, 2016 and applies to B757-200, -200CB and -200PF series airplanes as listed in SB 757-52A0091R1.

This AD requires repetitive inspections of the main Cargo Door Cam Latches and Latch Pins

This AD also requires repetitive Main Cargo Door post-rigging inspections and corrective actions.

19. 10/19/2015    AD 2015-19-04
This AD is effective October 21, 2015 and was prompted by reports of latently failed fuel shutoff valves discovered during fuel filter replacement. This AD requires revising the maintenance or inspection program to include new airworthiness limitations. We are issuing this AD to detect and correct latent failures of the fuel shutoff valve to the engine and auxiliary power unit (APU), which could result in the inability to shut off fuel to the engine and APU and, in case of certain fires, an uncontrollable fire that could lead to structural failure.
20. 05/15/2015    AD 2015-08-01

becomes effective May 26, 2015 and applies to B757-200, -200PF, -200CB & -300 series airplanes as identified in SB 757-27A0152R3 as revised by SB 757-27A0152R4..

This AD requires installation of a new Spoiler Control Module Relay within 60 months of May 26, 2015. Aircraft modified by earlier revisions of SB 757-27A0152 require inspection and rework.

21. 04/17/2015    AD 2015-05-01

becomes effective April 20, 2015 and applies to B757 series airplanes.

This AD requires inspection and Replacement of Ram Air Turbine (RAT) parts with a Counterweight Defect and Ram Air Turbine (RAT) parts with a Balance Washer Screw Defect.

The threshold for this Inspection/Parts Replacement is prior to the next RAT Backdrive Test or within 24 months from April 20, 2015, whichever occurs first.

22. 04/08/2014    AD 2014-05-13

becomes effective April 22, 2014 and supersedes AD 2004-12-07. This AD applies to B757-200, -200PF and 200CB series airplanes equipped with RB 211 Engines.

This AD requires modification of the Nacelle/Pylon, Strut and Wing Structure if not previously complied with and requires additional rework as applicable.
